Things I've discovered in the past 24 hours.

the past day has been incredible. I have discovered a lot.

  • That baby feet are truly the cutest things there ever was.
  • that baby lips are adorable
  • newborn sneezes make everyone go "aww!"
  • that 6 pounds of human can sure take up a large amount in a heart.
  • That a baby brings so many people so much happiness.
  • That i am indeed an emotional girl when so happy
  • I've always told myself that i'd probably wait a while after getting married to have a baby. false. This little girl made me realize I'll want one pretty soon after getting married.
  • That a baby can bring the whole family together
  • That family really is the most important thing.
  • That ashleigh doesn't think my babies will be as cute as hers.
  • that i probably agree. gemma is adorable.
  • that six pounds is a small baby.
  • that most mothers don't care too much about being modest after child birth in the hospital.
  • That grandpa cobb can't say "Gemma"
  • That going to school in logan puts a damper on this whole aunt thing.
  • That I sing really loud in the car when i'm by myself.
  • That saying goodbye to that little angel was hard.
  • Ashleigh's going to have a hard time wanting to finish school now. pretty certain.
  • that grandma {my mother} is going to be the world's biggest baby hog.
  • that everyone takes on a new name and responsibility when a baby is born.
  • that nathan has changed every diaper thus far.
  • that when a nurse goes into the room to take baby, she'll return with another little bandaid on her foot from where they tortured her.
  • That I want my labors to be exactly like my sisters.
  • that i can't get tired of looking at the pictures i took.
  • that people's priorities are more in line to what they should be, when a baby is born.
  • a new word- vernacular photography. It's what my professor told me i was doing when taking he pictures of the last day.
  • that the best way to get a "like" on facebook, is tell them you're going to be an aunt.
  • that i've missed my grandparents tremendously.
  • that your friends get sick of you sending them pictures of your niece
  • that it's hard to pay attention to researching for your study abroad project when on your own laptop cause you just end up looking at pictures you took of your niece.
  • That I'm exhausted and I didn't even have this child.
  • that just because you took a day off of school and the rest of life, doesn't mean you don't have to do everything you didn't do but should have, later.
  • that the library is an excellent place to take a nap now.

The story of my niece {with the cutest name there ever was}. As told by her favorite aunt.

Where should I start?
The beginning is always a good place to start.

May 2009- Ashleigh graduated from high school. I told her I wanted 2 things from her: For her to get married and give me a baby niece {not a nephew for we both want to name our first sons James}

May 2010- I graduate from high school. And I keep telling her I want the same thing.

Summer 2010- She develops little crush on her boss, Nathan.

fall 2010- this crush turns into a relationship.

January 2011- Ashleigh gets engaged and the first part of my wish is coming true

March 2011- Ash and Nathan wed in the salt lake city, LDS, Temple.

april-september- wishing ash would tell us she was pregnant.

August- the big announcement that they're having a baby

november- Find out that it's indeed a girl. none of this nephew nonsense.

March- march comes and goes. No baby.

April 1- I have to go back home to Logan.

April 2-

I wake up, feel refreshed. No sign of baby. I'm in my room getting dressed to head to my first class.

10:07 am- ring ring. it's ash. I have a mini heart attack. "hello?"  "are you ready to be an aunt?" She tells me she's at the hospital and my niece will be here by dinner. {she was at a 4}

10:26- schedule the studio at school for friday to do her pictures.

11:05- leave Logan. Drive like a maniac. never driven so fast in my whole life.

12:55- I arrive at the hospital. Go see ash and nathan. I document the room and the nurse checks her. she went from a 5 to an 8 in half an hour!

1:48- rest of the family get here. They all talk to her.

2:10- we all leave the room.

2:10 - Nurse comes to check her. She's a 10!!

2:22 pm. 3 nurses run into room 4. "this baby's coming!" the doctor wasn't even in the room. he was chillin at the nurse's station. what the heck, doctor? this is my sister!! can you please go make sure she's okay??????

2:24 pm. grandpa cobb looks incredibly nervous. he has a completely blank expression on his face just looking down the hall.

2:25- she's crowning. nurse is giggling on the phone telling the doctor he should get in there.

2:31-nurse on the phone says they're telling her not to push.

2:36-Doctor went into her room.

2:37- she was born. After 1 push! the nurse said "she was meant to have babies.  She shot that baby out!"

2:40- I am writing this and am sooooo incredibly anxious!!

2:45- make baby weight guesses-

me- 7 11
Quinton- {between 6 and 12 pounds was what he said first} his real guess- 7 15
mom- 8 2
dad- 7 12
grandpa- 7 8
emilie- 7 7
grandma- 7 5.5

her real weight 6 pounds 13 ounces. 19 inches. We all over guessed. She's a little petite thing.

Gemma Petrea {puh tray uh} Nye.

3:15 ish we got to go see her for the first time.

yes, I cried. She was blowing bubbles and kept sticking her tongue out. sooo cute!!

My lucky stars this little girl stole my heart. I knew she would. But it's hard to imagine that she's here. I've been waiting my whole entire life for ash to have a baby! And she's cute too!

Well a little later. probably around 4:15 they brought her to the nursery and she was tortured! the poor thing had to get a shot in her little tiny thigh! and her foot pricked! and she screamed her tiny lungs out! And I wanted to cry too! And then when i thought it was over they gave her a total scrub down. And she hated that too. It was not fun to watch through the window.

Then. Finally. I got to hold her!!

I finally, at last, got to hold this tiny angel who just came straight from heaven! And she looked right at me.

look at her cute lil hairs! :D
she is a really really alert baby. she hasn't slept at all yet! she was looking around the whole time and trying to eat her hand and anything that came in contact with her mouth.

And then we said goodbye so mamma ashleigh could feed her. And don't you worry, I'll put some more pictures up later. :D

but here's one more, just for fun.

First family picture. Gemma is less than an hour old.

The good and the bad-

G-Coming home
B- my grandparents weren't here when i got here
G- they were just at Costco getting samples so I got to see them not too long after.
B- grandpa gave me a "whisker rub". Some things never change. :D

B- having to get 2 shots because i'm going there.
G-Not crying when i got shots.
B- my arms feel like steel balloons. Or lead weights... or something heavy that can hurt....
G- I got some sa-weet neon yellow bandaids!!
B- they only stayed on for 30 minutes before falling off
G-I got to do sara's family pictures!! and the light was beautiful!!
B-lifting my arms to take picture for 2 hours did not help the whole arms hurting thing

B-people might mistaken this as me doing the chicken dance
G-speaking of chicken, My fam got KFC tonight.
B- by the time i got there they were all done
G- I have for sure figured out my baby niece's name. :D
B- Ashleigh isn't too thrilled about this
G- Nathan thinks it's hilarious that I know.
B- Ashleigh hasn't had her yet.
G-I got to see her nursery.
G- Coming home when my brother was here and having him give me a creeper look and said, "can I give you a big smooch?"
B- He actually did it.
G-it made me laugh
B- he pinched my shot arms and said toughen up
G-i punched him for it.
B- it hurt my arms worse than him touching them
G-Sara and I went to wendy's tonight with this guy friend of hers.
B-I'm pretty certain he thought i was insane
G- I'm not insane, just tired and got shots which is making me feel slightly weird and achy.
B- I am kinda weird......
G- My grandma brought me a waaaaay cute picnic blanket.
B- I have no love life anymore, therefore no man to bring on a pic nic.

Today

Today

  • marks my 1/6 birthday. :D {yes, I do know this}
  • is my unborn niece's due date
  • my art history paper was due
  • I have to memorize my speech
  • presentation to belle bridal.
  • 6 weeks till I leave for my European adventure!
  • i got my art history test back {89% a score i can live with. although it's worse than any other art history test i've taken.....}

Also, for the record, I miss my roommies from last year sometimes. {not saying i don't love mine this year though} Melissa, Anna, Ashley, Betsy- we HAVE to have a girls night before school ends. Brian- you can come too. But only 'cause you told me you read my blog. :P

Did I tell you people that i bought my first pair of toms?? well, surprise! I did! they are dark brown and waaaaaay cute. and comfy. I'm bringing them on my study abroad.

And just in case you didn't hear, I'm going to be an aunt within the next week. Get your happy faces ready! :D And, I really want to put the guess of her name up. Cause i'm pretty certain I'm right. But, I'll have to converse with Ash to see if she'd care if i put my guess up. If she says no, it means i'm right. If she says yes, i'm probably wrong.

Things I adore, Things I'll do...

Hey, I've missed you!

Instead of a post, I give you....

A blog update!

I added an "I adore...." tab. {at the top under my banner}

and

I added an "I will do...." tab. {at the top under my banner}

I've been working on both of them for a while.

You know me... I love lists.

Maybe I'll add my kissing list too. What say you?

Also, I added a vote. Guess when my baby niece will be born!
So... Go vote! {on the top right side column}

Also, I might be out of the blogging world for a couple weeks 'cause of some things. We'll see.

Unless my niece is born, and then I'll for sure blog about at least her! Because, she's going to be my greatest love! I can't wait to snuggle her and kiss her little toes.
Honestly, I've never been more excited for anything in my whole life. Not even going to Europe this summer.... and that's saying something!

Funny Weekend Stories

This weekend was all around pretty funny.
I'm now going to share a few of them for you.

  • I was making a few hundred cupcakes with my mom for ash's baby shower and I was goofing off and she said, "let's get down to business now." So, naturally, I start singing, "Let's get down to business, to defeat the Huns!" She doesn't say anything. About 5 minutes later {she thinks it was only 30 seconds but that's false. My story is more correct....} she excitedly says, "MULAN! that song is from Mulan." haha. it was great. I said, "you're so cool, mom" She responds, "I was thinking it was from Cinderella but then I changed my mind." haha. classic.
  • Quinton at dinner tonight- Dad was talking about politics I do believe. Nothing out of the ordinary. Q says, "did you know that the unemployment rate in Japan is .01%?". Dad- "Last year at this time it was 16%! where did you hear that?" Q-"I saw it somewhere." Dad-"are you sure?" Q-"Oh, wait. Maybe that was the illiteracy rate...." Ashleigh cracked up so hard. Nathan had to calm her down 'cause he was scared her baby would come. haha
  • Sunday school lesson today. I went to my dad's sunday school class. he teaches the 14 and 15 year olds I believe...? Anyways. several funny things happened here. First-One of the kids was bragging about how he kissed a cheerleader after the state championship basketball game because he promised if Orem won {GO TIGERS!} he would. something along those lines. So we find that he kissed her on the cheek. what a super star! haha. Another kid said somthing like "You're not 16! you can't date yet!" and kissing on cheek kid said, "I just kissed her, I didn't date her!" other kid- "lucky, my mom says i'm not allowed to kiss till i'm 18!" Wow. To be that young again. I don't envy them. Super awkward stage in life. Here's the thing though {attention men of all ages}- If you're going to kiss a girl, you should at least make it a good one! {but not till your mom says you can, of course.... :P}
  • the other funny part of sunday school was something my dad said. For some reason he was talking about the bomb shelters and the drills they did when he was in high school and he said, "They'd give us this biscuit that tasted like it had been run over by a truck on the cement and had enough iodine in it that would help your thyroid not fall out in case of a nuclear bomb. Also they'd give you a cough drop that had enough sugar in it that would allow you to survive for 72 hours." I don't know where he comes up with some things. But, the kids totally believe him.... even though i'm 90% sure myself that it was made up.....?
  • In sacrament meeting I was watching the little kids most of the time. I forget how distracting a family ward is compared to the dead silence of student wards. This little boy {about 2 probably} was playing with this girl {barely walking so around a year old} sitting on the bench behind him and they were getting too loud so the mom of the boy pulled him away and told him he needed to be "more reverent". He started crying and said relatively loud, "But I love her!" Oh, my, lucky, stars. How incredibly cute is that??? He's going to grow up to be a romantic! It was quiet frankly the cutest thing i've seen in a long time. I hope they get married one day.
  • at Ashleigh's baby shower, Quinton was helping to set up. Mom told Em and I to bring a baby picture as part of the shower thing. Quinton heard this and decided to bring his entire baby album. So while mom was setting the food table up, He proceeds to set up a whole chalkboard ledge full of his baby pictures. It was fantastic. Mom saw them and told him we didn't need a Quinton shrine at Ashleigh's baby shower. he said, and I quote, "Mom, I'm sure they will really want to see how cute I was as a baby." haha. And she got distracted and forgot to make him take it down, so they were up the whole shower. :D

So you can see. Here he is with his baby pictures.
I'm not sure if he's pretending to be
a baby here, or if he's just acting weird.
Maybe all of the above?...

  • There's at least 3-5 more. But, I think that's long enough for now.

**proud aunt moment time**

Caitlin told me at the baby shower that she changed her favorite color to Orange because that's my favorite color. *beaming*

Tonight at dinner Emilie asked if she could sit by her and she said "I want to sit by Brianna"
being the favorite aunt- CHECK!

This is one thing I got for my un-born, but incredibly beautiful niece-
"I love my aunt" In the heart it says,
"Incredible, beautiful, smart" and
underneath it says, "*contact info
available upon request."
:D So true.

P.S. I went to Disneyland too..... {grandma, I really didn't}

Congrats to anyone who read that whole thing!
I'm pretty sure that Emilie is the only one who made it this far though. It was a novel of a post. And she loves novels.

Well, It's time for bed.
XOXO

What Makes Me Happy

At times it is easy to be unhappy. Looking at life like nothing goes my way.

Well, today I decided to find things that make me happy

I developed a roll of 35mm film, and 4- 4x5 large format sheets too.
Sometimes I complain about darkroom photography because it takes so long, my hands get dried out from the chemicals, etc. But, It was the best thing I could have done today.
The peace and quiet of the little darkroom that I had all to myself, pitch black, relaxing, listening to the running water was my kind of paradise today.

It's times like this that make all the other stress and long hours of my major worth it.
I hadn't been in the darkroom much this semester. I fell in love with it all over again.

When I wasn't in the darkroom, I was editing my sister's maternity pictures. It was a fun shoot. Even though I'm not the best at maternity yet.... or go here and look at the ones I did today.

Institute.
Words cannot express how much I love the class I'm in. I don't think I've ever taken a class I have loved more. It is sooo fantastic. <3

Hot chocolate. mmmmmm.

XOXOXO

34 days till Ashleigh's due!

I LOVE being an aunt!

I have a cute lil niece named Caitlin. She is just a doll. She'll be 9 soon.

I kidnapped her last night and took her to Yogurtland. She'd never been to one of those places and she was soo giddy about it all. we got some sample cups, and she was so cute about trying them and deciding precisely what she wanted. She ended up getting dark chocolate, double cookies and cream, and i think peanut butter? And then 4 {yes 4} scoops of choc chips, 2 scoops of mini reeses pb cups, 1 scoop of brownie bites and 1 scoop of cheesecake bites. I'm pretty sure she had more toppings than ice cream. And i'm pretty sure her eyes were bigger than her little stomach because she made me eat the last 4 HUGE bites of her ice cream. haha.

the ice-cream up her nose

Oh, at yogurtland they have 3 colors of spoons. green, purple, and pink. they gave her a purple and she insisted on getting a pink one too. Her two favorite colors. :D

We had a sleepover and I did her nails with the water marble art way. She thought it was so cool that she told me, "you should be a nail-doer after you're done with college."
I told her I wanted to be a photographer and she responded, "you could take pictures of the nails after you do them!" haha. Isn't she so smart??

Things i learned-

  • 8 year olds are very impatient when waiting for nails to dry.
  • 8 year olds insist on setting a timer for the exact amount of 6 minutes 'cause apparently that's how long it takes for nails to dry.
  • when they're not dry in 6 minutes, 8 year olds will make you feed them chips and then laugh so hard because you're hand feeding them that most of the chips will come back out of their mouths.
  • 8 year olds will then want to do your brother's nails cause of how cool their own look. and he'll probably let you do one...
  • when taking a picture of them at yogurt land and you tell them to make a funny face, they'll purposefully rub ice cream on their face and then when they get it up their nose, they'll insist on blowing their nose and show you that they really did get it up their nose, even if you believed them in the first place.
  • 8 year olds aren't that hard to put to bed when they're exhausted.
I really had a lot of fun with her! :D
This morning we had breakfast together and she was going to shower because last night she smelt her armpits and said, "i forgot to wear deodorant today, I stink!" {i'm pretty sure i did not wear deodorant at 8....} But then she decided she didn't want to shower so i just did her hair instead.

Today she came back over after my date with Taylor and she wanted to play 20 questions. First, she wrote out people, places, and things, on pieces of paper, then drew hearts around them and then made my dad cut them out. she put them in an envelope and we played with them. the people she had were-  me, her, ashleigh, and emilie. the places were-costco, provo, utah, and texas. Her things were- hair, banana, and bag. haha. It was super super funny. After we were done with her heart ones, she wanted me to make up a person and she'd guess who it was. It was hilarious. That girl has some attitude and can think of things to say really fast!
We went to costco, and we looked at diamond rings, looked for samples {we were far too late} she picked out some socks for me, tried to do the code on the locks on the lockers on our way to the bathroom, and took 5x longer drying her hands after our potty break stop because the dryers were fun.

On the way home from costco she licked an envelope to seal it and she said, "I thought it'd be cool to lick this, but i don't want to do that again because it tastes worse than boogers!" haha. then for the next 3 minutes she walked around with her tongue out of her mouth beacuse she could still taste it. She always keeps me laughing.

quinton's nails.
Mom made cookie dough before we went to Costco and we snuck out to the fridge in the garage several times and snuck spoonfuls. we came back in and she said, "grandma's coming! hide it behind your back!" even though i'm pretty sure "grandma" already knew.

She is such a hoot! I wish I could play with her more often! but, I'm glad I got lots of time with her this weekend.

It makes me so excited for ash and Nathan's baby to be here in less than 2 months!! :D

Another niece. I can't wait!

also, I think i'm getting relatively close to figuring out her name. :D But she'd kill me if  I posted even my guesses up here. so ya'll will just have to wait till end of March.

                             .....................a virtue I wish I had.

I wish for patience-

for my cold to go away
for the right time
for an answer to a question
for my turn
for the semester to be done

for my 2oth birthday in January
for bedtime when all my homework is done.
for a phone call I want to receive
for my niece to be here so I can hold her and kiss her cute lil' face off
etc.

It's a girl!, attacking ducks, catch up, registration.

In case you all live in a hole, ASHLEIGH IS HAVING A GIRL!! I predicted it. And apparently those of you who voted in my pole did too. :D Good work, team. Now, i get to look at baby girl clothes ever time i go to the store. :D yay! I can't wait for her to get here. :D I still want them to name her Paisley. {their first official date was to Brad Paisley concert and their first dance was to him as well... their first child might as well be after him too!}

This weekend was fantastic. first off, USU beat the cougars sad hind ends! :D it was pretty fantastic! here is what happened. i watched it with my ma and pops. i did all the cheers that the student section did and was yelling like a mad woman at the t.v. and then mom and dad both left the room and watched in their bedroom instead. i have no idea why! and then my BFFFFF Betso called me during the "scoreboard" cheer. it was probably the best part of the game.

tara, william, annie, melissa, betsy, me, and anna
OH! Melissa Q. III got married too! insanity!! her wedding was pretty. she looked drop dead gorgeous! What a lucky man William is.

Saturday i slept in. Taylor and i brought Ash lunch cause she was having a rough day. And then i dusted her piano and Ash used Taylor's muscles to lift a heavy box. haha.

We went bowling at Jack and Jill's bowling alley. I had never been there. pretty fun! and guess what! several big things happened. 1-i used an orange ball. 2-i got a strike right away. 3-then i got 2 more in a row making it a turkey!! 4-i beat Taylor in the first game! 5-i got a strike on a granny throw. 6 i beat taylor in the second game too!! it was awesome! :D 6. i think it was because i used an orange ball and he used purple. and clearly orange > purple. :D

this isn't even half of them. i couldn't get them all
in a single picture.
After this was a whirlwind of random things. Sunflower market, target {we looked at baby clothes cause ash is having a babay!} costco {samples, lotion looking, diamond and jewelry looking} walmart {ice cream buying for ashleigh's party} ashleigh's birthday/gender announcement party. then.... the best part! we went to "our" park. The park we went to all the time this summer. we were trying to think of what to do and he suggested a park. i said "yes!" and he said "which one?" i look at him seriously and we say in unison- "our park" haha. it was grand. we got a loaf of bread and fed the ducks. only, these ducks were not your normal stay-in-the-water while getting fed ducks. they were insane! they were fighting for the bread and came out of the water and came right up to us. ALL of them! so taylor and i kept backing up until we were on top of the play ground and all the ducks were on the wood chips under the play ground quacking at us. well, our loaf was gone and then we went to walmart and bought 2 more. and this time we led them around the park while feeding them and even got brave enough to feed them from our hands. it was awesome! Taylor said they are now our pets that we have to go back and visit. which is hardly a hard task as it is "our park". haha. he wanted to catch one and take it to my house and put it in Emilie's room.
taylor throwing some bread. :D
then we danced on top of the pic nic tables. really fun. then he took me home early {midnight ish} cause he had to work super early sunday morning. usually we stay out waay past midnight. We had a conversation at my house and ate a doughnut. haha. then on his way home driving, he called me. of course. It just wouldn't be the same if he didn't! :D

i slept at ashleigh's house saturday night and had a conversation with her and nathan. Nathan told me if i don't do something soon i'm going to be an old spinster. :( sad! I'm not brave enough for this "something" apparently. So, spinsterhood-welcome.

there are a lot of babies in their ward! i just wanted to hold them all. i can't wait to hold my very own niece!

went home and took a nap with my puppy, kandi. :D she's a good snuggler. except she's kind of a bed hog to the max! but she really liked my pillow so she laid by my head instead of on top of me this time. love that dog!

Went to taylor's house for dinner! FINALLY got to meet his dad and brother. I've met his mom before. They're fun. i texted my family and told them "his family is much more quiet than ours" and Quinton responded back and said "i am pretty sure all families in this world are a lot quieter than ours." true statement. I left utah county and headed back to logan.

which ends me posting about this weekend.

so here's what happened last weekend-

Tay came up to logan for the institute dance on friday. it was probably like the best day ever! One of my favorite parts was sneaking into a room at the institute and he played songs for me on the piano. hymns from the hymn book, except not just how it's written. he is one of those people that can make it into a musical number without trying. i could listen to it all day.

funny story- after we partied it up around town till 2 we came back to my place. we were talking. i asked him some question and he didn't answer. {i was writing in my journal.} he started snoring and i was just about to head up to bed {he was sleeping on the couch} when he randomly answered the question i had asked and then continued snoring. When i started laughing he woke up. it was so great.

this post is long enough, i won't bore you with the rest of the wonderful things we did. just know it was a rockin time.

but, meanwhile i'm going to register for classes at midnight. joy to the world. my favorite thing. not!

Recipe Wednesday-Childhood Favorites

Alright so i decided that i wanted to make something i liked as a kid... with a twist. Okay, so i only decided this cause it would be faster to make and i don't have much time today. or any time now for that matter..... but it's fine.

here's what you need-

so ridiculously delicious.
Fruity pebbles {apx 6 cups}

marshmallows {16-20 oz package}

real butter {because everyone knows real butter tastes better than margarine and shortening too}

I didn't take this picture FYI. i forgot to take a picture of this food item. haha.

and if you really want to be a kid again, make yourself some of these like i did. :D

The group after the dance. Minus Allison who took
the picture and had already showered.
Have you ever been at the VERY VERY front at a concert where you are standing next to the large metal baricades? Only it's not just "Stand" it's more like shoved, crammed, banged up to, scared for your life. i went to the paint dance with some lovely people. well, me being the bright person i am decided to follow the group into the middle of the crowd to the front. it was kinda cool for the first 2 minutes. then everyone else wanted to be in the front too. So the poor not so sturdy metal barricade things were wobbling all over the place and i thought i was going to be trampled to my death. Usually
crowds don't bother me too much. This crowd did because no one knew how to take a chill pill. I mean, i'm sure they are wonderful people. anyways, so i decided that after 15 minutes i was done being almost squished to

death. so then i tried to leave. Bad idea #2. Why? Because as soon as you try to leave the very front, everyone and their roommates try to snatch your spot as quick as i can say dandruff. {which i can say pretty durn fast} so while i'm getting tossed back and forth while people push and shove to get in front i nearly lost my shoes and my feet too. After that it was not smooth sailing though. every time i'd try to get past someone they would give me dirty glares and not let me get passed. Everyone thought i was trying to get to the front, not the back, and wasn't letting me move because they didn't want anyone to cut them in line. Gee Whiz. So then i discovered that by screaming "I'm leaving the dance!!!!" very loudly so they could hear me, they moved real quickly. I think they all liked the idea of one less person in the crowd.

moral of the story- if you're stuck at the front of a concert or dance and feel like your going to be killed, just yell "i'm leaving!" and you'll survive. True story.

BUT!!!! In the most exciting news that I have ever blogged about!! Ashleigh is Pregnant!!! Congrats to Nathan and Ash! I can't wait for the end of March so I can meet your baby!!

I am going to do a really good post about this tomorrow probably. I am going to start a thing for my future niece or nephew called "100 things you need to know about your mommy." Because as this baby's aunt, i have a lot of things I can tell her {i'm guessing it's a girl. okay more like praying} it's mom. And I have to start working on the spoiling part too. :D If you can't tell, i'm kind of REALLY excited about this. :D It has taken everything in me to not have shouted it out to the world when i found out more than a month ago!
