My wittle baby brover is 16!

Woohoo! I can add pictures again!

why, you may ask?

because I am jet lagged, i couldn't sleep past 4am and so i decided to figure out how to solve my predicament. And....


i introduce you to my new blog!

My first year of college.

which is perfect for a few reasons.

A- my first year of college is was kind of a lot more immature than I am now. {even though I'm not fully mature now either. I'm kind of a goof ball}
B- I was even cheesier then than I am now.
C- I could still keep all my pictures and posts.
D- I can still add pictures to my main blog.


Today is my brothers SIXTEENTH birthday. I will now write down why he is my least favorite and my favorite brother.

F-he compliments me all the time
LF- He smells bad a lot of the time.
F- he makes me laugh even when i'm mad at him
LF- he constantly is wanting me to look at/feel his muscles.
F- He has funny friends.
LF- one of his friends spit spit wads at me one time. it was gross.
F- He's a really good leader and he's nice to everyone.
LF- he's hard to get a hold of because he's never home.
F- he totally went to the eye doctor with me yesterday 'cause i didn't want to go by myself.
LF- He always walks around the house shirtless at every opportunity.
F- He'll go shopping with me sometimes even when he really doesn't want to.
LF- He makes me make food for him all the time.
F- He sometimes paints my toe nails.
LF- He still won't ever rub my feet.
F- He secretly likes it when i do photo shoots of him.
LF- He thinks i'm going to let him drive my car around now that he's getting his license.
F- he lets me tell him all the things he will do and will not do when he dates as to make sure he's one more gentlemen in the world of very few of them left.

He's my only brother. So he can be pretty much whatever i want him to be.

In other news. My niece is still the cutest thing known to man kind.

funny story. when we were going home from the airport i was sitting next to her in the back of the car. Whenever we'd go under and overpass her eyes would get super wide and she'd look so startled. haha. it was hilarious.

Adventures of Finals Week round 2- Sometimes you need a little sparkle

Remember nearly 2 years ago when I went on my epic senior trip?
Well, i bought sparklers so lauren, betsy, sara and I could do them on the beach. But, I forgot about them and all last year I kept saying we should take sparkler pictures and then we never did.

Well, in the midst of starting to pack, i found them and finally got to do sparkler pictures!

April is one popular month to be born.

Allison turned 19, so, here are 19 things about Allison-

9. she owns like 3.2 million pairs of socks.
10. she doesn't like it when people cuddle under her quilt.
11. she's pretty stellar at blink. but i can beat her sometimes.
12. she brings kid toys to church

14. she likes my headbands and jewelry. so we switch
15. she's a far better friend than i am.

I omitted the one of betsy and I because it was
a rough day for me. I don't think there's ever been
a worse picture taken of me. And betsy was
making a weird face, so.....

Laurenita turned 20, so, here's 20 things about her-

9. She loves her dog lucky, and will cry when you talk about her too long.
10. She doesn't really like to tell anyone about her crush's unless you force it out of her.

12. She helps put your trials in correct perspective.
13. her leg hairs collect lint. haha. sorry, i had to put this in here.
14. she started creeper week. {3rd annual is next week. be prepared}
15. she has like 6 different fonts of hand writing.

After Olive Garden, we made a commercial remake of Hilshire farm's "go meat". It's pretty fantastic. I'm not sure why.... but it happened. I don't have the video. but, one day, i'll post it.

Dropping out of college to become karaoke stars

You know those times where you think, "self, I'm a super star!" ??.

Tonight, Just happened to be that sort of night. 

Here I was, minding my own business making oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, in the middle of talking to a photography client about her wedding I'm shooting when my dear friend and roommate, Allison, tells me we need to go to Karaoke night at Pizza Pie Cafe.

If that wasn't the best thing my little ears had heard all day, I don't know what was. 

So I talk Betsy into going too, {because lets be hhhonest, Betsy and I have sung karaoke together since..... probably the dawn of the dinosaurs.... or when they started selling bread in the store. either one.} we have a list {extensive} of songs that are "our songs". {not "our song" by T. Swift} We decided tonight if we were a couple getting married, we'd have to have a lot of first dances.

Blogger wouldn't upload it cause it's too big so I had to make this youtube account thing, which made me make this "channel" and they didn't have the name I wanted. It was a trial. So i ended up with the channel called "blueyedbrunnetteful" or something like that. Don't judge. Betsy's idea.

Ugly Sweater Making Photo Shoot

 i made "ugly sweaters" with Lauren, Allison & Betsy yesterday. :D they took forever. but they are stylish and waay cute. {not ugly at all} we got so many compliment all day from them. :D

well, they were so cool that we decided to go to the studio and take some fun pictures in them real quick.

let's start out on Friday night.
i went on a blind date that Anna set me up on. I am VERY hesitant to go on blind dates now because i've had 3. All three were super awkward and not pleasant at all. But, Anna was kind of persistent and finally decided i'd be fine with it.
and guess what? It was a most excellent blind date. By faaaaaaar the best blind date i've been on {not that that is a hard task.... but i'm not saying it wasn't good either, cause i had fun}. Best part of the night- we were waiting for a table at Texas Roadhouse and waiting and waiting. Just talking away and guess what? we missed our names. So then they had to put us back down on the list. it was really funny. Definitely a good story.
moral of the story- blind dates can be so good that you talk so much you can't even hear your own name.

yesterday kind of was fantastic.

first off- i think i am going to go to Europe this summer! The study abroad to Germany with the photo department. :D Guess what this means? I need to get a passport PRONTO! which is kind of cool! i've never had a passport. I've never been out of the country except to Canada {and that was before you needed a passport to get in} so this is going to be fantastico! I'll keep you updated for sure.

Last night, i went to my very first FULL basketball game of the season! I LOVE AGGIE BASKETBALL! It is the straw to my berry, and the peanut to my butter, and the bert to my ernie, etc. I live for 3 cheers we do. the first goes as follows {at the very beginning of the game}

and then McKenna was lame and went home. but lauren and betsy and i got a pizza and bread sticks and went to the spot known as "the make out bench". only it was waaay too cold to get out so we parked my car and all jumped in the back seat and snuggled while eating our pizza. it was great. but, it's kind of a busy street... so i'm pretty sure after our hot breaths fogged up the inside of the car, every car that drove past thought we were making out. but, alas, we just snuggled. it was a great night. here are some pictures

• did a man's job-fixed the blinds. {w/betsy and all we used were a screw driver and needle nose pliers. who needs men when you have the brains of dedicated college girls??....}
• swam at the oakridge pool.
• found that even as adult college students, some guys still take their Flintstone vitamins. whatever it takes to be healthy!

• and garin wore betsy's shorts. hahahahhhahhahah. top 10 funniest things of my semester thus far.
• hot tubed and scooped dead bees out of the hot tub. sick
• tried this new kind of top romen called "creamy chicken". sounds good, no? wrong! DO NOT give in to the temptation to try this kind. it is deeeee scust ing. trust me.

so strange things of the past few days-

someone told me i had a nice singing voice.... i don't think i've ever been told this.

also, some random guy that came through my line today at work told me i was beautiful. And he wasn't even an old man or my dad! made me feel nice. :D

Lauren Super glued her fingers to my purse. Here's the story- we were at a fireside, that was really really good. the lady is the great great great granddaughter of Joseph Smith the prophet. Anyways, she was playing with a bead on my purse and it fell off. so then she had to locate it under my chair and when she got it back, she tried to put it back on and then i told her i had super glue in my purse. {i'm like a boy scout- always prepared} and so she gets it out, squeezes it and this is what happens- the bead doesn't stick, but 3 of lauren's fingers did! hahahaha! so now i'm laughing as quietly as i can because we're still in a supposed to be reverent environment and then she ends up having to rip her fingers off. and with it, came some of my purse. hahahah! it was so funny. she then said, "i didn't know that super glue stuck to skin!" gotta love lauren.

and this is a cart full of gum boxes. i put ALL of this gum away. it took around 4 hours. i quite enjoyed it actually!

i went to Lagoon again. and i was the only girl in the group. And it was very interesting. it was fun, don't get me wrong, i just never ever am the only girl. and i learned a lot about guys. Like what a blue dart is.... which i'd be fine if i didn't know what that was. And a lot of other things that i noticed. very informative day.
and then Kraig insisted on getting the pig. And i rode on a horse. cause ya know, to marry a cowboy, you have to be able to ride a horse... even if it's a plastic one. same difference.

my sister em, makes some serious writing mistakes and needed this eraser. it weighs like a pound!!

and i saw these license plates and kinda had a freak out session. so i car stalked them and took the pictures. this red car almost ran me over. i was walking in the parking lot and they were backing up. so naturally instead of running out of the way, i pulled out my camera and snapped a picture of their license plate.

and this one i made Lauren stop so i could take a picture. I'm seriously happy with my finds. Next license plate i see that's cool i'll post it for you. be on the edge of your seat. i tend to find cool ones. :D
