Funniest email i've ever received from a professor.

My English professor is a pretty funny guy.  i got the most random email from him {that went to the whole class}

here are the funny parts from it.

I love how chill he is. 

the middle was just the section that had the information that was boring business.

1/4 of 1000= 225. How eating an apple is bad.

That's right, people! This is my 225th post.


Betsy thought i should just leave it at that. {and the math major was wrong. 1/4 of 1000 is 250}

But i have some trials and wo's to write about today.



Problems with working in the University Reserve Mac lab on editing pictures-

• Eating an apple is really hard to do quietly so people don't stare at you while eating it.
• After eating said apple, one needs dental floss and i don't have any in my backpack this year..... you think I'm kidding. not so. I did last year. 
• When listening to Christmas music i want to sing really loudly... and I feel like this would cause everyone to run for the hills.... which let us be honest, wouldn't be a bad thing. I like editing my pictures in solitude and loud singing from my vocal chords. 
• The huge screens make me want to watch hulu. Okay, once again, let's be honest. I just watched the latest episode of Hawaii five-0. Don't worry. The end confused me to the max too. I strongly dislike wolfette. 
• It is freeeeeezing!!

A week and 2 days till I'm done with my THIRD semester of school! :D

freak out/stress sessions- i'm only giving myself 2 more.

My apartment building is cooler than yours because when sitting on the toilet you get to be in the rain. 
why?
because apparently when the snow melts off the roof it comes through the vent in my bathroom in the form of cold rain. So there is a permanent puddle on top of the toilet lid. it's grand. 




my car is cooler than yours because not only does it get ice on the outside of the windshield but the inside as well! Double the scraping = double the fun!




Also, i'd like to take this time to tell you how good at match making i am. If you need a match made, ask me. Cause i'm pretty good at it lately! There's just one stipulation- you have to name your first born child {both male or female would do.... brianna could be a good male name, right? RIGHT!} after me if you end up getting married. Which probably could most definitely maybe happen!




This is all. i have to go work on a Christmas present for someone special to me. :D


p.s. do you remember my kissing list? well i have a few to add to it. But this will be for another time.

Ashleigh and i made limeades at her house with all freshly squeezed limes. soo good!

my dad is in the high counsel of a BYU singles Stake. and they make these for the people! ahaha! 

sometimes Q and i do speed scrabble together and come up with this. Mostly him. the waleeeeee was my idea.

Sometimes my apartment makes snow flakes for the windows. :D

p.s. although this is my bed, i am not hiding a dead body under the really warm, soft, fluffy down comforter. :D

The life of a photo student during finals

both yesterday and today I spent nearly every waking hour in either the studio, lab, location, or darkroom. {well...minus the 1.5 hours on the phone with taylor yesterday and today too.}
it was great. :D


I got a lot done. But, i think editing all my shoots and perfecting the around 40 images I have to do for my final is going to be a lot more time consuming than I even thought. I honestly think I've bitten off more than I can chew. But, i'll figure it out.
I had a little talk with myself yesterday it went like this-

self-i can't do this!
self- get a grip of yourself!
self- you're right.
self- yes, and you can do it.
self- i can do it!

and ever since I had a talk with myself, I've felt better. :D

But, go here and look at a few i've done very rough edits of. what do you think?


In other news, after my fifth shoot in 5 days, i treated myself to a Dollar Dr Pepper from McDonalds. :D it was great.

i think this sums it up.
i guess we could add "lit up" too. because we have lots of twinkle lights up that i put up while no one else was home and i was procrastinating writing a paper and a powerpoint {which i still haven't done yet...}


there's some good news and bad news.

bad news- i hurt my back and i feel like i need to borrow someone else's for the next 2 weeks.
good news- Taylor taught me some stretches to help it {he's pro 'cause he has a bad back}
bad news-it only helped for like 3.4 minutes. max

but they were a good 3.4 minutes. :D

*playing the organ and Piano with Taylor and singing my favorite Christmas song ever to him playing. {the Nativity song out of the children's song book} I'm pretty sure i could listen to him play for a long time. I like it.

*peanut butter bars run to Maceys at 2 am

*going to the mall with Em and 3 of her friends to Macys in the mall for a reason i'm not saying on here. But it was a good one. :D And i'm really glad i did.

*not doing any homework

*dinner with taylor w/ ash & nathan at zupas

*hairspray music jam out session. classic
